Dr. Michael J. De Luca, M.D.

Interventional Cardiologist

Dr. DeLuca graduated from the St Georges University School of Medicine, St Georges University School of Medicine in 1992. He works in Texas, Florida & New York. Dr. DeLuca specializes in Cardiovascular Disease, Internal Medicine and Interventional Cardiology. Dr. DeLuca is affiliated with a variety of healthcare facilities in which he hosts surgical privileges.

Dr. Michael DeLuca, an Interventional Cardiologist, has spent the last 19 years practicing medicine in El Paso. He grew up in Kingwood, Texas and went to college at North Texas State University. He spent his first two years of medical school in Budapest, Hungary and spent two years of medical school in London, England, followed by four years of internal medicine training in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. DeLuca also spent four years of interventional cardiology training at Scott and White hospital in Temple Texas.

DeLuca specializes in interventional cardiology, which involves opening up blood vessels in any part of the body as well as placing pacemakers and loop recorders. He also provides multiple forms of stress testing and echocardiography.

Outside of work, Dr. DeLuca enjoys spending time with family on the weekends and is a consistent golfer, car enthusiast and boater.

Dr. Mark C. De Luca, M.D.

Dr. Mark C. DeLuca is a board-certified psychiatrist and forensic psychiatry specialist with over 25 years of experience, serving Palm Beach County, Florida. Based at Palm Beach Psychiatry Experts, with offices in Palm Beach, Royal Palm Beach, and Juno Beach, he offers personalized care for patients aged 12 and older. Dr. DeLuca earned his MD from Semmelweis University of Medicine, completed his psychiatric residency at Virginia Commonwealth University, and trained in forensic psychiatry at SUNY Upstate Medical University.

Specializing in general psychiatry, he utilizes advanced treatments like rTMS and dTMS, alongside medication management and psychotherapy. Dr. DeLuca also provides forensic evaluations and offers telehealth and emergency availability, ensuring accessible, high-quality mental health care.

On weekends, he enjoys relaxing with his wife and two daughters, pursuing his passions for boating, cars, motorcycles, and the equestrian community.

Dr. De Leon is a board-certified Family Medicine physician who delivers elevated, relationship-driven care rooted in trust, accessibility, and clinical excellence. Trained at the highly respected Texas Tech Family Medicine Residency, he brings broad expertise from his work in hospital medicine, emergency care, and comprehensive outpatient services. With a focus on delivering thoughtful, unhurried care, Dr. De Leon is committed to restoring the doctor-patient relationship through a concierge model designed for individuals and families who value convenience, continuity, and personalized attention.

Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time on the water with family and is currently planning his upcoming wedding. Dr. De Leon values connection and balance—principles that guide the way he cares for every patient.
